[Qgis-psc] Next Monday PSC meeting

Hi PSC,

Unfortunately I can't participate at tonights meeting. My fault - I did  
not correctly put the meeting in the calendar and have already commited 
to an evening with my wife. Sorry!

I have put all information around trademark and finances in the Google 
docs meeting minutes.

My stance on feature freeze: I am with the majority of other core devs 
(and Jürgen ;-) ) that we should release QGIS 3 when ready (postpone 
feature freeze) but otherwise stick to the fixed schedule (for minor 
releases). Perhaps we can list in the meeting minutes a list of 
features/API improvement that need to go into QGIS 3? Just to have some 
rough idea on when QGIS 3 feature freeze may be? E.g. layout stuff, 
datum transformation stuff, fields/widget configuration improvements, etc.

Thanks and sorry again. I will make sure that I can attend the December 
meeting!
