[Qgis-psc] QGIS Soft Feature Freeze Voting (was Re: QGIS 3 release expectations)

Hi All

Just to follow up on this, I have:

* started a loomio group for just qgis/QGIS committers
* invited all current committers (as per https://github.com/orgs/qgis/teams/qgis-developers/members <https://github.com/orgs/qgis/teams/qgis-developers/members>)
* started a thread for the feature freeze (https://www.loomio.org/d/1c3nDQHL/qgis-3-0-soft-feature-freeze <https://www.loomio.org/d/1c3nDQHL/qgis-3-0-soft-feature-freeze>)
* Initiated the first ballot for the feature freeze (you will see it listed not the above page)

The voting process is transparent but only qgis/QGIS core committers may vote on it. Please note that if you are eligible you should have received an invite email to join the loomio group. If you did not, please contact me with your preferred email address and I will re-add you.
