[Qgis-psc] spam in Redmine :-(

As far as I'm concerned both are tied together - local redmine accounts stay as
long as the mantra stays.

But the spam to OSGeo-TRAC was massive - and was also tied to the mantra.  Spam
there, users locked, spam removed, more users, more spam, death spiral,
mantra introduced, spam gone, mantra removed, spamming users reappeared - give
or take captchas, mantra reintroduced, spam gone again.

And still
mantras are a no-go for QGIS to me.
