As far as I'm concerned both are tied together - local redmine accounts stay as
long as the mantra stays.
But the spam to OSGeo-TRAC was massive - and was also tied to the mantra. Spam
there, users locked, spam removed, more users, more spam, death spiral,
mantra introduced, spam gone, mantra removed, spamming users reappeared - give
or take captchas, mantra reintroduced, spam gone again.
And still
mantras are a no-go for QGIS to me.
mantras are a no-go for QGIS to me.
mantras are a no-go for QGIS to me.
