[Qgis-psc] Nominations for the QGIS Board and a short announcement from your Board Chair

Tim,
it was a great honour to have you as the QGIS chairman.
You will for sure be a reference for the next generations. Your commitment,
calm and kindness combined with that hippie nerdish mind are really a nice
way to spread a nice community spirit.
I must also send a big "Bravo" for all the administrative work made with
the PSC to transform QGIS.org into a true organized association.

A big thank you, also for the morning / evening run at the hackfests!

let's keep QGIS rock!
