[Qgis-psc] Exhausted allocated bug fixing hours

Hi PSC,

Just a quick note that I've just used up the last of my allocated
hours for the 3.0 bug fixing cycle. I've updated the Google Drive
spreadsheet with details of the fixes committed during this time.

Many many thanks for this opportunity - 3.0 is in a much better state
thanks to all the sponsored fixes which you've made possible through
all contracted developers!

(If anyone has leads on commercial organisations who would possibly be
interested in sponsoring additional time prior to release - please
pass them on! Our regression list is still quite lengthy.)
