@Luigi to be more precise about the process, you should please read:
https://www.qgis.org/en/site/getinvolved/development/contributor_requirements.html
And the linked documents on codie of conduct, diversity etc. and then send
an email to the PSC indicating that you agree to abide by these.
Then I will add you to the write group (please provide the github user name
that should be used for this).
