[Qgis-psc] Suggesting a rule for travel refunds at Zanzibar meeting

Hi Andreas thanks for the suggestion.

I absolutely agree with Richard view and Tim's suggestion.

Another major point to me is a reality check of the costs recovery asked.
Especially the 2500€ for a 4h flight...

Regarding Andreas suggestion I agree we should not cover all the airfare if
it is too costly for us.
