[Qgis-psc] 2018 grant voting is closed

Hi,

Maybe the template needs to be improved so that it automatically updates to the data extent (hence we are sure to fully take data). 
I don't know about google sheets but if they rely on Excel-like functions or if data are in Excel, maybe i can help on preparing the template for the next round.
