packages are now available except for the Win exes. ​

@Richard: You mentioned in your email that you are planning to move the
changelog to the website "very very soon". Can you give me a date or should
I publish the blog post with the http://changelog
.qgis.org/en/qgis/version/3.2.0/ link and later update to the website link?
