[Qgis-psc] sponsorship lists now automatically generated

Hi Richard,

Thank you for including the sponsors feed from the changelog site.

I removed the double entries. They probably appeared, because I sometimes
got error messages in "projecta" and I wasn't sure if the data was really
recorded.

I noticed that the feed is not fully "live" - is it cached? If yes, what
triggers the update of the list? The double entries still appear at
https://www.qgis.org/en/site/about/sponsorship.html , although they are now
removed from "projecta".

Two more issues:
1. I think it would make sense to remove the "Amount sponsored" line. It is
primarily for myself to keep track of the actual payments, but it may
"confuse" people, because the amount sometimes doesn't match the exact
levels. So better remove this information.
2. The links of the individual sponsors go the the "changelog" site, but
they should link to the website of the sponsor

I know that I discussed removing the links to the sponsors due to tax
reasons - but a) that is still an incentive for sponsor to get an URL to
the website and b) the taxes only apply if sponsorship money bypasses the
threshold of 150k CHF, which is still not the case.

Other than that I am very happy that I don't have to maintain two separate
lists!

Many thanks,
Andreas
