Hi Lene,

During last PSC we agreed to plan a kickoff meeting to organize the
Userconf, e.g. Call for paper, call for pworkshops, and so on

report is here:
 https://docs.google.com/document/d/1XiIQ3Ep-ZGhbc73LA3-eQZteqJ6TfTIBqot48G2VmV0
<https://docs.google.com/document/d/1XiIQ3Ep-ZGhbc73LA3-eQZteqJ6TfTIBqot48G2VmV0>

may you suggest a day/hour when to meet via zoom or jitsi ?

A possible agenda is:
1) UserConf announcement
    - Announcement text
    - web page preparation
    - Wiki page (a draft here:
https://github.com/qgis/QGIS/wiki/22nd-Developer-Meeting-in-A-Coru%C3%B1a,-Spain
)
2) Time schedule
    - call for presentations
    - call for workshops
    - call for sponsors
    - call for direct activity sponsorship (e.g. a dinner, a coffee break,
a specific activity)
3) Start to propose the distribution of UserConf+Hackmeeting during the
proposed week (4-20/03/2019)
4) Start to distribute tasks for local committee (local committee kickoff
planning)
5) Start to distribute tasks for PSC (or delegates)
6) Start to talk about money and costs management
    - Ways to Bill
    - Best practices in previous UserConfs (e.g. Girona, Nödebo,
Geocamps...)
7) any other idea?

In: CC the local XeoInquieto mailing list used to coordinate the local
committee, Lluis Vicent with his experience organizing Girona conf
