[Qgis-psc] Documentation writing: let's go

Hello,

I won't be available for the next 2-3 monthes, and I am afraid it won't
be better after this period.

Hopefully, Larissa (in CC) is available for 20h by month. Is it ok for
everyone if she can get some funds?
