[Qgis-psc] Timing for PSC

Hi all.

Sorry to raise this once more. I find the current time for PSC meetings
particularly uncomfortable (8 PM is the normal dinner time here, and the
end of a working day does not bring the maximum energy). Am I the only
one? Any hope to move it? If everybody finds it convenient, I'll shut up.
