[Qgis-psc] Removing past sponsors from https://www.qgis.org/en/site/about/sponsorship.html

Hi, 

We still publish an incredibly long list of past sponsors at
https://www.qgis.org/en/site/about/sponsorship.html 

I would suggest to get rid of all expired sponsors. 

Imagine if some company sponsored back in 2012 and only paid bronze once
(do not renew) - they are still listed in our sponsors list and receive
linking from a relatively high-profile website. I think that it would be
better to remove the old sponsors. It would increase the incentive to
renew past sponsorships. 

If you all agree - who could do that?
