[Qgis-psc] Advertizing books

I also don't see it as concerning to list books from people that don't seem
actively engaged in the wider community.
If someone has a financial motive for writing books, they'll soon realize
that there are much easier ways to make money.
In the case of books, I think we should be proud about the increasing body
of materials, particularly in other languages than English.
