Hello,

Everything is in place already for the meeting.
We have several rooms available from the University of Bucharest so numbers won't be a problem.
The WIFI/Internet connection is secured, the rooms are equiped with projectors etc.
I still haven't figured out how we'll arrange the rooms exactly but everything is in place to do quick arrangements.

I've also arranged for food/beverages and there's nothing to pay in advance and I'm also prepared to sponsor some things at the event.

It would be great to send a message to the general list.

Other than that everyone is welcomed.

I'm sure everyone is going to have a great time.
