[Qgis-psc] Adding providers: call for meeting

Hi,
I'm calling for a meeting about adding (proprietary) providers to core.
This stems out from the HANA SAP request, but has more general
implications. Anytime today or tomorrow is good for me. I suggest h 15
but happy to postpone if it's more convenient to both local and remote
participants.
