I have noticed, but I have never done it - unsure whether a simple `make
html` will do.
Is this documented somewhere?
Note: not a good thing the structure is so fragile - the normal
behaviour of sphinx is to issue a warning for a missing file, not to
break the whole build. I'm sure there is a very good reason for this,
but IMHO it should be fixed (see also
https://github.com/qgis/PSC/issues/13).
