[Qgis-psc] [Qgis-user] qgis.org down?

Hi Paolo,

I also haven't done it myself.

The general documentation is at https://github.com/qgis/QGIS-Website/ -
but I don't know about any specifics of our own setup at the Hetzner
servers.

This brings us back to the issue, that no-one seems to be responsible
for the Website, now that Richard retired from PSC. Something we should
solve.

@Richard, Tim or Marco: could you please help to fix/rebuild the website
now, until we find a responsible person?

Thanks,

Andreas
