[Qgis-psc] Fwd: [Action required] Loomio group plan changes

Hey Tim I already put the link in the July Psc meetings discussion.
I don't think we can apply for the free version (fon unfunded community
groups). if we apply we should apply for the membership organisation
(100US$ per year with up to 50 members or 150 with up to 500)

maybe we could just starting votes when needed on github instead? one issue
per vote like we do for QEP?
