[Qgis-psc] QGIS Mac Packaging project migration

Hi,

We keep receiving emails asking about macos binaries. Maybe we should
include the links to the main download page as an alternative installer to
kyngchaos:
https://qgis.org/en/site/forusers/download.html

So far, there have not been any reported issue. So, I guess they are robust
enough to be promoted to the main page.
