[Qgis-psc] bug triage privilege request

Hi all,
Following the QGIS issue tracker to QGIS, I have request from our team
grant triage privileges to our involved contributors so that they can at
least close issues and handle tags just like we could in redmine, and help
in the issue burden.

Could someone add those privileges to the following accounts ?
