[Qgis-psc] Github sponsorship button enabled with link to our own page

Hi all,

just a quick message to let you know that I enabled the sponsoring
button, and before somebody panics, I just enabled an external link to
our own sustaining memberships and donation page.

now we have a wonderful little pink heart on the github page.
