[Qgis-psc] permissions on Travis

Hi,

Thanks for the feedback.

Not sure what's the issue.

QGIS is not listed in https://travis-ci.com/organizations/qgis/repositories
<https://travis-ci.com/organizations/opengisch/repositories> (but all other
repos are)

And I cannot configure the Travis app under Github since I'm not a repo
owner.
https://github.com/apps/travis-ci/installations/new/permissions?suggested_target_id=483444

And under https://travis-ci.com/github/qgis/QGIS/settings it seems it
cannot find the branches and I could setup a cron job on master, but
nothing happens.

I'm a bit lost, would be cool if one repo owner could have a look at Travis
config in Github.

Cheers,
Denis
