[Qgis-psc] AGM Voting matters arising

Hi all,

I'm adding the matters arising to the vote forms that I already had
prepared

Can you just quickly confirm that we have 3 Matters arising that are
ready to be voted on:

- Environmental policy (@Andreas can you share a link to the definitive
text?)
- Nominate Harrisou honorable voting member
- Nominate Nyall honorable voting member
