[Qgis-psc] AGM preparation

Hi all,
according to the calendar we should start preparing the next AGM, so we
should:
* nominate candidates for board and PSC positions
* compile annual report, including financial, for 2019.
A dir `AGM2020` has been created, I'll start working on it in the next
days. Any support welcome.
