[Qgis-psc] Help EFF save .ORG

Hi

I am - 1 to use QGIS funds as a donation to EFF... I think it would be
wrong to use money that was intended by our donors to be used on QGIS.

+1 for general awareness raising though if others think that is worthwhile.
