[Qgis-psc] Update code mantainer list on the website

Hi all, the governance page on our website has a fairly outdated code
maintainer list

https://github.com/qgis/QGIS-Website/blob/master/source/site/getinvolved/governance/governance.rst#code-maintainers

Could all code maintainers head there and update it? you can assign me
your pull requests.

or, do we maybe not need that list anymore?
