[Qgis-psc] Github sponsorship

Hi all,
@Marco: it is also for tax reasons. Sponsorships are subject to VAT,
memberships and donations are not. But a small amount of sponsoring
money would be fine, as long as we don't surpass 150 k CHF per annum of
total income that is subject to VAT. I don't expect huge amounts from
the github sponsorships. At least not in the beginning.
Anyway - thanks for the negotiations with github!
Greetings,
Andreas
