[Qgis-psc] Helping on the QGIS system infrastructure

Hi everyone,

My colleague Ludovic Hirlimann https://github.com/lhirlimann is a system
administrator at 3Liz.
He is currently managing all our servers. He wasn't using QGIS before
landing at 3liz but he would like to give some help on the QGIS system
backend.

I will let Ludovic present himself in CC. He started doing some PR on
GitHub.

What would be the best way to get in touch with the tech team? Tim, Jürgen
and Richard? according to
