[Qgis-psc] Splash for 3.14

Hi,

Due to popular request (https://github.com/qgis/QGIS/issues/37229), I've
updated the splash screen to include the greek letter pi:

(The special character should only be used in the splash. It's not meant
to be part of the release name.)
