[Qgis-psc] The Hackfest and the bug (AKA COVID-19 reaction for the hackfest)

Hi, 

Given that the onboarding day is already messed up due to missing
speakers/mentors, I would suggest to postpone the meeting for one year,
as Raymond suggested. 

Raymond also seems to prefer this option to keep the sponsor
contributions for a real next meeting in a year from now.
