[Qgis-psc] [vote] PSC seat count

Hi Andi,
We did not ask for replacements for Richard and that is why currently
the PSC has only 5 members. since we decided to do all in the 2020 AGM.
1-2 months ago, in preparation for the AGM, we asked for PSC nominees.
They can replace any of the PSC members in the upcoming AGM.

What I'm saying is that we could make the PSC grow by one person more on
top of filling Richard's seat.
