[Qgis-psc] Post loomio... how to vote?

Good question, thanks Luigi. I fully agree we better use a FOSS
solution. We don't need anything very fancy, a simple way of collecting
votes and have the totals is enough.
Do you (or others) have any experience on the platforms you mentioned?
Anyone can recommend one fo them?
