I do not think so... probably better  http://democracyos.org/ but I do not
have experience with it and last update is 1.5years old :(

other platforms after a more deep search

etc etc

as usual in the OS world... it's too fragmented duplicating a lot of the
same features (btw the same happen in proprietary solutions)

I would add another feature

4) if possible simple link to other services (e.g. calendar, maps,
authentication etc etc.)
