[Qgis-psc] Post loomio... how to vote?

Hey all,

wow that went quick :)

Thanks Tim you're right, all voting forms are ready in google forms as
usual.

I dont't think we need a new tool unless we decide to move everything
there. And by everything I mean:

- all community votes
- all AGM things
- and also all the PSC decisions so we don't have to copy paste things
(sorry not fan of the current system based on email votes and copy to rst)
