Dear All,
I have checked the google sheet document from Tim.
I have checked the numbers on the second sheet ("psc count") are correct
from the first sheet ("Form response 1").
The calculated numbers are also correct assuming these are the formula:
- Result Chair vote = Chair
- Result vice chair votes = Chair + Vice
- Result treasurer votes = Treasurer
- weighted PSC votes = 6*Chair + 5*Vice + 4*Treasurer + 3*PSC_4 + 2*PSC_5 +
1*PSC_6
- unweighted PSC votes= Chair + Vice + Treasurer + PSC_4 + PSC_5 + PSC_6
The selected one (green cell) are also correct assuming these are the rules:
- Result Chair vote = Highest vote
- Result vice chair votes = Highest vote but not a selected chair
- Result treasurer votes = Highest vote
- *weighted PSC votes = *The top 6 highest vote
- *unweighted PSC votes *(green font) *= *The top 6 highest vote
So, my conclusion the number and the calculation are correct.
Best regards.
