[Qgis-psc] qgis.cn domain registration

Received this as QGIS.CH - not sure why they sent it to qgis.ch and not
qgis.org (which owns the trade mark). 

Do we want to intervene here - someone trying to register qgis.cn
apparently. 

Not sure who this Hongxin Ltd company is ... maybe a domain grabber
company?
