[Qgis-psc] New large sustaining member

Dear PSC,

I am happy to report that there is a new large sustaining member from
Germany: a public transportation company (Nordhessischer VerkehrsVerbund).
They are using QGIS and OSM data for public transportation maps. They also
presented at the German user group meeting in the past.
