[Qgis-psc] Unscheduled 3.18.1 release?

hi Nyall thanks for rising this. indeed they are pretty serious issues.
I'd be +1 for releasing sooner than planned but I d like to have Jürgen
answer this definitively.

I also agree about warning for LAS Files.
