[Qgis-psc] Schedule for 2021 grants

Dear fellow PSC members,

Since we already have an approved budget this year thanks to Andreas'
efforts, do you think we should also start the grant process earlier?
(Usually, we started the grant process in April, as documented in the
calendar (which may need some updating) at:
