[Qgis-psc] FOSS4G 2022: possible QGIS Dev meeting?

Hi Paolo,

No problem at all! I knew about the HF plans in Firenze. And Andreas 
contacted me a few months ago to ask if he should save budget for a HF 
in 's-Hertogenbosch. At that time we were in a lock down though and I 
had no clue if anything would be possible in the near future.

But (here) things are opening up now. And we still can have both, right? 
One in spring and one in summer. So if there's budget, we'd like to see 
what's possible.
