I'm missing images in our QEP/issues on Github:

https://github.com/qgis/QGIS-Enhancement-Proposals/issues/119

The missing images have url's like:

https://camo.githubusercontent.com/823e90216c8352e59e5440a7d222c1741a686cd71c36388f817a44574670fb1d/68747470733a2f2f7777772e6c75747261636f6e73756c74696e672e636f2e756b2f696d616765732f63726179666973685f77696b695f616476616e6365645f636f6e746f75722e706e67

while the 'normal (working) images' have:

https://user-images.githubusercontent.com/193367/38032839-d9669cd6-329e-11e8-87e0-40d34ce3714e.png

Could it be that those camo-url's are actually the LFS data url's?

And if so, can we see somewhere how much we 'use' from our 'quotum'?
Ah found it (see screenie) we are on 0.32Gb (of 1 GB). And the quotum is reset in 3 days...

So let's check within 4 days if those images pop up again :-)
