Yes, but I think that is due to the fact of our ancient Debian on qgis2 (python2!), which makes that we cannot update the letsencrypt scripts which (I think) handles the letsencrypt (include) with the ssl ciphers in it.
When www.qgis.org and docs.qgis.org run on their own recent servers, I think this issue will be gone. But I'l check, thanks for the reminder.
