[Qgis-psc] call for nominations for new QGIS community voting member

Hi Marco,
I spotted a couple of issues the form.

On the last page " I am an administrator at http://hub.qgis.org
<https://www.google.com/url?q=http://hub.qgis.org&sa=D&source=editors&ust=1641567412327974&usg=AOvVaw19Q_PoskHwbr6BfF1G44C->".
I guess that there you mean to use the Github URL?

On the first page "Gahna" I guess should be "Ghana"?
