[Qgis-psc] Report for Qt-for-python evaluation

Hi guys (Julien and Denis), and thanks for this outstanding work !

Could you give us (PSC) an overview of the future path for the Qt6 
transition?

- is the packaging issue a blocker ?

- If yes, is Pyside still also blocked and do we have a plan C

- How much work do you estimate spending on having the test fixed ?
