[Qgis-psc] Individual Sustaining members

Sorry, I forgot to comment on the idea that companies can be voting
members, we discussed that in the past (and confirmed today) and we are not
in favor of that.

Also, donations and sponsorships cannot be earmarked (tied to a particular
activity).
