[Qgis-psc] Request for repurposing of Grant to work on MacOS

Hi Matthias,
With Anita, Alessandro, Régis and Tim's +1 in this thread and Jürgen,
Andreas and my verbal ok during the budget meeting, please consider the
request for repurposing accepted.
Thanks for all your work, I'm sure many people look forward to finally
having notarised MacOS packages!
