The plugin’s name is “Roll”.
The reason you may not have found it against my last name ‘duijndam’ might be because my OSGEO user ID is “MrBeee”.
This is the same ID as I use for publishing on GitHub. https://github.com/MrBeee/roll

Normally a couple of days, if in a hurry: sent a mail (like you did now).
Then hopefully one of the 'approvers' sees this and has time.
What is the plugin name? It is harder to find it based on the 3305 id.
I also could not find a plugin searching for your name 'duijndam'.
