[Qgis-psc] Call for Nominations: New QGIS Community Voting Members

Dear QGIS Community,

This is a call for **nominations for new QGIS community voting members**.
Please carefully read the instructions below and confirm your eligibility
to participate, which I’ve repeated here for your convenience:

repository or with write access in Transifex are eligible to make
nominations.”

After the nomination period, there will be a **ballot** to elect the final
members. Please note that the nomination form will close on **13 October
2023, 23:59 UTC**.

If you play an organizational role (e.g., documentation lead, translation

participation.
